The Ethnic Communities' Council of Victoria has in excess of 120 affiliated organisations today.
I think ethnic structures play a role at various levels, and I think that ethno-specific structures have to be complementary to the community structures, because I don't think other community structures can do some of these things and provide this environment in quite the same way.
