One of the main failures is the fact that in the multicultural debate, Aboriginal people have never been embraced. And certainly for my liking, ethnic communities haven’t been able to come to terms with it. Although I recognise the absolute differences of issues for Aboriginal people and ethnic communities, I also believe that issues like racism and so on, could be mainly tackled together. And I think... I don’t know how much longer we can continue to talk about multiculturalism when Aboriginal people are not part of it.
